Evenness is one of the main criteria characterizing quality for any staple spun yarn. Variation in yarn mass have significant influences like the other quality parameters of jute spun yarn for being applied in the diversified items. However, jute flyer spinning frame had been modified in the drafting zone to improve the quality parameters of jute yarn. In this study, mass variation (unevenness) results of jute yarn had been investigated by producing two types of jute yarn counts (i.e., 6.5 and 10 lbs/spy) for both the existing and the modified spinning frame. Hence, the results of jute yarn unevenness values had been compared between the modified and the existing spinning frame. Results revealed that mass variations of jute spun yarn had been decreased for the modified spinning frame for the both counts (i.e., 6.5 lbs/spy and 10 lbs/spy). Finally, it was remarked that the modified spinning frame produced a better quality of jute yarn in terms of mass variation compared to that of the existing spinning frame.

Decolourisation of wastewater, particularly from textile industries is one of the major environmental concerns these days. The limitations of most of these treatment methods are their high operational and maintenance costs cannot effectively be used to treat wide range of such wastewater. This work describes the use of kaolinite clay as an efficient adsorbent material for anionic azo dye methyl orange removal from synthesized wastewater. Batch adsorption experiment of 200 mgL-1 azo dye methyl orange contaminant removal using kaolinite clay at different stirring speed: 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 rpm at constant pH4 and contact time of (0 ‒ 180) minutes were investigated, thus, adsorption increases with increase in stirring speed with maximum removal of 69.90% and maximum adsorptive capacity of 3.476 mg/g at 500 rpm. The adsorption equilibrium data were well described by Langmuir>Freundlich>Koble-Corrigan whilst adsorption kinetic data by pseudo second-order>pseudo first-order>intraparticle diffusion>Reichenberg equation in the stated order based on high correlation coefficients and relatively small values of error function analyses (χ2, RMSE, NSD and ARE). The adsorption processes were controlled by chemisorption. The potential applicability of Alkaleri kaolinite clay from Northeast-Nigeria could be employed as a low-cost adsorbent alternative to commercial/activated carbon in the removal of azo dye methyl orange from wastewater.

Physical properties of fabric basically depend on fabric cover and porosity. Other fabric parameters that influence the air transmittance of a fabric are type of stitches used, type of yarn, linear density, twist factor in the yarn, stitch density, thickness, tightness factor and fractional cover of fabric and moisture content which has a circuitous effect on those parameters. Many researchers had already derived so many relationships among those parameters and the fabrics properties. But, air transmittance rate may influence other comfort properties of the fabric. Our investigation shows the relationship of different parameters which can alter the transmittance of air through the plain knitted fabric. Here, a little change in the structure can alter the air transmittance which has been represented graphically.

In line with the recent developments and innovations, standardization is a topic that is mainly focused on to ensure an easy flow of operations and reduction in complexity in many different fields. Given the diverse applications of which standardization can be applied to, this paper will focus specifically on the standardization of commissioning tests for protection relays as well as the process and the impact of the implementation of standardization in this particular field. Background : This paper’s focus and origin is from the United Arab Emirates specifically in the electricity sector in Dubai’s Water and Electricity Authority (DEWA); Transmission Power Division, Transmission Protection Department (TPD). Direct emphasis is on the commissioning section where various commissioning tests are carried out for many different protection relays in many different applications in Transmission Substations of Voltage Levels 400/132kV and 132/11kV. As of date, Transmission Power substations counts 330 numbers while more are yet to undergo or complete the engineering phase only to enter the commissioning phase and be tested and commissioned. Commissioning tests have been made easier and more efficient by introducing standardization in 2010, where procedures of various commissioning tests involving protection relays have been standardized and applied whenever a new substation comes to light.

With regards to the assembly line of cost control of Dechang (HK) company, the motor housing’s cost control of process will be necessarily respected. Because the supply quantity is big in a machine the price of motor housing is small, so that the cost control of automatic production line is significant with modeling. It is found that the control of equipment includes in shaft and crank linkage for benefit which also needs to be controlled in detail. For the sake of benefits can we fundamentally resolve the main problem of high cost process.

The stall phenomenon which happens in loaded motor is unqualification in application. Meanwhile it may measure the maximum property of motor in manufacture. So the phenomenon of multiple circuit is analyzed to find a simulation of electrical state to predict the maximum currency and torque which is a necessary method to be proceeded up to now before design. We find that the simulation fits well to the reference. The conditions of multiple circuit with t=6s, U=12V result in the biggest stall force according to rotation to change time and voltage. Then it is t=8s, U=10V; t=10s, U=8V and t=12s, U=6V in turns. As for torque it is t=6s, U=12V; t=8s, U=10V; t=6s, U=12V and t=12s, U=6V in truns. When the voltage decreases resistance declines the rotation will decline in the end.
