The restoration of lost smile is one of the gratifying things a dentist can render to the society and it plays a significant role in achieving confidence. Just as there are no two smiles alike, there are no two smile makeovers alike. Each smile makeover plan contains a precise combination of treatments designed to address the unique needs and goals of the individual patient. An experienced, skilled dentist will be able to identify the precise approach to be adapted pertaining to the clinical situation which will yield the most stunning results possible. In some cases, that may mean performing just a couple of treatments to produce subtle refinements to a smile. In others, a more comprehensive approach may be necessary. It all depends on the patient needs and the clinical situation. This case report enlightens about an aesthetic rehabhilitation through an interdisciplinary approach.

Applying a similar legal provision or resorting to the principles of law, in the matter of private law, the judge has the duty to resolve any case when there is a lacunar legislation. Unlike in private law, in criminal law this is impossible, as there are two principles that prevent the court from establishing new facts as crimes and applying punishments that are not expressly provided by criminal law, namely the principle of legality of incrimination (nullum crime sine lege) and the principle of legality of punishment (nulla poena sine lege). In the present study we aimed to analyze the extent to which these principles of criminal law find their expression in the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.

The European Union has always stated its commitment to human rights and over the time has managed to bring this issue to the forefront, including in its relations with other states. It has introduced in its economic and trade agreements a clause expressly stipulating that the respect for human rights is an essential element of relations between the parties. With the entry in force of the Treaty of Lisbon, the Charter of Human Rights acquired binding legal force. So, the possibility of the European Union's accession to the European Convention for the Protection of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms and the ways in which it could be put into practice were discussed again. But in the context of accession, the questions arise as to how the two jurisdictional institutions can coexist, namely the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union, what relationship will develop between them and what mechanisms need to be developed for both the Charter and the Convention can be applied.

Background: Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers with a high mortality rate worldwide including Saudi Arabia. It is characterized by the presence of both intra- and inter- tumor heterogeneity. It describes the origin of this heterogeneity to the cancer stem cells (CSC). Breast cancer stem cells are characterized by the expression of the surface markers CD44 and lack or very low expression of CD24. Objectives: To assess cancer stem cell markers (CD44 andCD24) in 126 breast cancer cases by immunohistochemistry and study their association with a different type of TP53 gene mutations by applying next-generation sequencing (NGS). In addition to analyze the association between these markers and the clinicopathological characteristics. Results: CD44 expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis, tumor grade, stage (each P<0.0001), and ER expression (P = 0.016). CD24 expression was found to be associated with lymph node metastasis and ER only. For the molecular analysis, the number of mutations per case was significantly associated with the advanced stage of breast cancer (p = 0.004). Also, missense mutation was highly associated with CD44 and CD24 (p=0.04, p=0.005), respectively. Stop-gained mutation and Frameshift mutation both were associated with CD44 only (p=0.01, p=0.05), respectively. Finally, the synonymous mutation was only associated with the stage of cancer (p=0.01). Conclusion, we believe that the combination of CD44, CD24, TP53 and TP53 gene mutations can be prognostic factors for breast cancer patients and the information obtained may contribute to the development of a treatment.
