Background: In Ayurvedic classics Diarrhoea is described with the name of Atisaar. In modern science it is closely correlated with watery Diarrhoea which is defined as having loose or watery stools at least three times per day or more frequently than normal for an individual. Diarrhoea caused by bacterial pathogens is a global health problem, especially in developing countries and enteric bacterial pathogens are the main cause of infectious Diarrhoea. Ayurvedic literature have lot of unexplored or least tested medicine, Shadanga Ghrita is one of those Ayurvedic formulation used in the management of Tridoshaja Atisaar. But it has some disadvantages such as bitterness in taste, unpalatability, feasibility and inconvenience in transportation. Considering these, here an attempt was made to transform it into a new dosage form i.e., Ghana Vati. Aim & Objectives: Aim & objectives of present study was to evaluate the anti-bacterial activity of Shadanga Ghrita and its new dosage form on Diarrhoea causing enteropathogens. Material and Methods: Samples of Shadanga Ghrita & its Ghana Vati were prepared as per Sharangdhar Samhita Madhyama Khanda. All the samples of finished products were analyzed on organoleptic and physico-chemical parameters. Anti-bacterial study was done by using Well Diffusion Method and Muller Hinton Agar Media was used to evaluate anti-bacterial activity against S. aureus, E. coli, S. enterica, S. boydii, Y. enterolitica, A. species, and C. perfringens. Result: Both samples showed significant anti-bacterial activity against Diarrhoea causing enteropathogens. Conclusion: Shadanga Ghrita is more effective Antibacterial agent, as it was formulated by Sneha Paka Kalpana method; Gou- Ghrita has potentiated the anti- bacterial effect of it.

We report a case of benign appendicular mucucocele in a 51-year-old patient. The clinic was that of a painful mass of the right iliac fossa evoking the diagnosis of an appendicular plastron. . An appendectomy with uncomplicated stump burial was performed 14 months after the procedure. Histopathological examination of the operating room found a mucinous cystadenoma of the appendix. The occurrence of chronic abdominal pain localized in the right iliac fossa, associated with palpation of a mass in the right iliac fossa should suggest the possibility of an appendicular mucocele.

It is getting a global threat. Excess consumption of Tobacco and alcohol are the key factors of Oral cancer. Sesbania grandiflora is a medicinal plant found in most of the regions of Asia including India. It is full of medicinal properties. Here, in this investigation 33 reported phyto compounds are taken from Sesbania grandiflora and undergone various in silico study. Here, the highly expressed HER 2 protein in oral cancer is targeted. The compounds which pass in computation investigation were docked against the HER 2 protein of Oral cancer. The Sativan was found to be the highest binding affinity scoring molecule among phyto selected from this plant and expected to stop the over expression of HER 2 protein and future drug candidate .

Malignant tumors of the inferior vena cava (IVC) are very rare. Leiomyosarcoma accounts for 95% of cases. Cross-sectional imaging including computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a cornerstone in the orientation diagnosis and assessment of tumor extension. The confirmation is histological. We present the case of an 8- year-old child referred by pediatric surgery for suspected bladder tumor diagnosed on CT scan.
