Resilience is the capacity to recover from difficulties and toughness in life rapidly. It is also described as the ability to successfully negotiate, adjust to, or manage significant sources of stress or trauma during this method. On the other hand, death anxiety or fear of death is present in all living humans, but it becomes more evident in settings where mortality is a factor (Greenberg et al., 1990). Unorthodox urban transport parking and the proliferation of motor parks has elicited traffic congestion and chaos in the city of Bamenda. This article seeks to address the disorder through the creation of a multipurpose motor park as palliative to the disorder accrued. The paper advocates that a harmonized parking sector would not only decongest the city, but will as well maintain urban order. Some 182 questionnaires were administered to the city dwellers, transport agency owners and administrative authorities for first-hand information on the need for a multipurpose motor park. Field observation and interview sessions were carried out to confirm primary information acquired. The GPS was used to capture points for mapping of existing parks and the proposed multipurpose one. An in-depth documentary research was done to have information on the situation of the Bamenda city to propose solutions. Data collected was treated and analysed through the ArcGIS 10.0 and AutoCAD Map 3D to realise maps and diagrams for results. The Microsoft excel spread sheet was used to treat and generate tables for presentation and analyses. Results from findings disclose that the multiplying of motor parks in the city of Bamenda from all angles both as private and public has initiated disorder in the sector. Close to 63% of the parks are owned by private individuals who are more profit oriented than public interest focused leading to disorder. Demographic pressure from the perpetual increase in the population of Bamenda from 48,111 inhabitants in 1976 to 755,602 in 2020 has favoured congestion. The traffic flow of the city which is concentrated on its popular inlet through Up-Station from other regions has provoked severe congestion in the city. Uncontrolled parking has instigated urban transport chaos which can be salvaged through the creation of a multipurpose motor park.

Integration of Needs into a Qur’an Perspective Using Maslow and Herzberg's Motivation Theory

Although the formation of science may be investigated from the theological dimension, the sufficiency of human requirements in the study of the Qur’an is not only studied from the perspectives of Sufism, norms, systems, social practices, and knowledge. The essence of sufficiency in the study of the Qur’an for Muslims and others analyzes not only the material dimension but also the social and theological dimensions. This viewpoint at the very least provides insight into the range of the meaning of sufficiency in human existence, which gives rise to scientific results in a variety of forms and styles. Sufficiency in meeting needs is an eloquence that originates from the terms kafa, hasbi, and qona’a. The three words etymologically both mean enough. But in terms of terminology, adequacy in question is a feeling that the needs have been filled. The concept of adequacy in fulfilling needs which have the consequence of becoming a theological concept is constructed through the interpretation of the words kafa, hasbi, and qonaa, and is combined with the hadith about the adequacy and also the knowledge of Sufism that he has studied such as tawakkal and tafwidh, to obtain a solid construction. So this appears appropriate to be applied during Hedonic society in the current era. The sufficiency given by Allah to humans can be analyzed into several types, namely grace, istidroj, and sustenance that is promised to each of His creatures. In our modern-day, when the motive for pursuing necessities is carried out in a hedonic, pragmatic pattern and is backed by Maslow and Herzberg’s theory, Muslims’ notions of adequacy and the nature of feeling adequate are certainly extremely important and required. The notion of adequacy in Islam, which is derived from al-interpretation, Azhar’s namely the ideas of tawakkal and tafwidh, gives a new version to Maslow's theory, namely “Spiritual Self Actualization of Needs Motivation”, and Herzberg’s theory, namely “Spiritual Value of Herzberg Motivation”.
