There is no doubt that training plays an important and vital role in improving performance by acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary to accomplish the work [1]. The training is one of the life sciences that discuss the present and look to the future and address the shortcomings and mistakes, and help the individual to reformulate himself to adapt to the goals of renaissance and progress, and training is necessary and continuous activity over the life of the individual and activity inherent to the development of the individual and all levels of organizational levels It is not just a temporary solution to a problem facing the administration, continuous training is an investment in performance [2]. There have been many definitions of multiple vision of the researcher and those interested in this area. Among these definitions [3], training is defined as a planned process to modify the behavioral, cognitive and skill position through a learning experience to achieve effective performance in a range of activities, develop an individual's capabilities and satisfy current and future needs of the organization. This study aims to assess the level of outputs of training programs, not only to know their results, but to learn the next steps necessary to support the results of the training process. The problem was summarized in the deficiency of the level of outputs of training programs (reactions, learning, behavior, results). In private schools, and influenced by the demographic and organizational variables of individuals (age, qualification, administrative level, experience). The problem of the study was limited to training programs in the field of planning. The study concluded.

A Study on the Role of Advertising in Competitive Advantage and Brand Popularity (Case Study: Samsung Company)

The purpose of this study was to review the role of advertising in competitive advantage and brand popularity of business enterprises in general (Samsung Company in Tehran). To this end, 278 managers at Samsung Company dealerships in Tehran were considered as the statistical sample. To collect data, a 57-item researcher-made questionnaire was used who’s face and content validity criteria were approved by 30 experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was assessed through a preliminary test given to 30 subjects and the obtained figure came to more than 0.7 for all the examined variables, which is an acceptable level. For data analysis, descriptive statistics method in SPSS software, version 24, and the inferential statistics method and the structural equation modeling in the LISREL software, version 8, were used. Findings of the structural equation modeling indicated that advertising had a direct and positive effect on both the competitive advantage and the brand popularity of Samsung Company, in a way that a one-unit increase in advertising raises the competitive advantage and brand popularity of Samsung Company by 0.60 and 0.51 units, respectively.

An organisation's success depends heavily on its Human Resource. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays an important role in accomplishing the organizational targets. With massive contribution to Indian economic system, the retail industry has performed an incredible role in India. With the arrival of large retail businesses, the retailing industry experienced enormous changes. Organized retailing is undergoing a metamorphosis in India and is expected to increase to meet global standards. The need for successful HRM activities has increased rapidly in this world of cut throat competition. HRM operations have now become their primary concern. The paper before us is an effort to examine the HRM activities adopted in India's structured retail sector. The report also sheds light on the difficulties faced by the industry by Human Resource (HR), and recommended steps to improve the Indian scene working culture.

This study aimed to analyze the regional financial management and regional financial systems of the Central Sulawesi regional government. The type of research is a descriptive quantitative study which was carried out in the Regional Organization of Regency/City in Central Sulawesi (OPD). The sample regencies/cities are: 1) Palu City, 2) Buol Regency, 3) Tojo Una-Una Regency, 4) Morowali Regency, 5) Banggai Regency. For each OPD in each regency/city, 3 respondents were chosen, namely the head of OPD, PPTK (Financial Officer) and Treasurer. Research variables are regional financial management and implementation of regional financial information systems. The results of research show that regional financial management in the Central Sulawesi Regional Government has been good, but it still needs improvement in terms of the use of expenditure in shortest time possible and control by the DPRD. The implementation of the regional government financial system in Central Sulawesi was good for all principles, namely efficiency, effective, transparent, accountable, auditable.
