Agile has fast become the now preferred approach to project management.
The traditional, sequential approach to project management is a formal, documentation
heavy process to running and managing projects. The transition from a sequential
approach to an agile approach to project management, has proved challenging. One of
the key areas of concerns for project managers, has been how they could effectively
monitor, track and forecast the project deliverables and progress within an agile
approach to projects. Agile is a light weight, leaner approach to running projects,
however in this, the traditional mechanisms by which a project manager could track
the progress of work, is no longer available to project managers. However, the
concept of a wall or a storyboard to highlight and track work, has proved incredibly
useful for the project team as well as the project manager alike. The aim of this
manuscript is to introduce agile and the way storyboards have evolved to become one
of the most powerful tools available to project managers within agile projects.

Canvas developed by Osterwalder and Pigneur as a case-based approach to
understanding organizational challenges and crisis stemming from business model
deficits. The author uses the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and
Entrepreneurship, the business school of Nova Southeastern University, as a case in

business model and challenges) to explore the Business Model Canvas as a critical tool
for organizational strategic considerations and improvements. The author applies the
nine (9) components or building blocks of the Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder, &
Pigneur, 2010) to the Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship in order to
examine its value creating activities and challenges. The result is an analysis providing
further understanding of the Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship and its
features that may be critical to understanding the building blocks of the Canvas, and
which may consequently inform similar organizations in their quest to develop better
business models, achieve innovation, and gain sustainable competitive advantage in
today’s global economy. Using a critical case study approach, the Business Model
Canvas is explored and recommendations specific to the case in point are presented.

Cronbach Alpha and Split-half results yielded ERI = 0.82 and 0.76 and EJPS = 0.88 and
0.83 respectively. The data collected were analysed using simple percentage, mean,
standard deviation and t-test statistical analysis. The results showed that provision of
safe working environment (X=3,12, S.D = 0.69) and pay increase to maintain standards

the role of Entrepreneurship Development as a tool for the reduction of crimes is
examined. The study made use of review of literature, where various published and

Ministry of Education is determined to improve access, equity, quality, and
relevance of education through better management of service delivery to all learners.
Achievement in this sector will, therefore, enhance economic growth, create more
employment, and guarantee sustainable development for the Kenyan people. The
country therefore, has no choice but must make massive investment in science,
mathematics and technology education, particularly in women; if at all the set targets
will be to achieve the goals well articulated in Vision 2030.The purpose of the study
was to determine the rate of flow of men and women in selected science and
technology programmes in Kenyan universities is the same and to investigate
alternative strategic to enhance survival rate of flow of men and women in selected
science and technology programmes in Kenyan universities is the same. The theory
used in this study was Liberal feminism. It is rooted in the tradition of 16th- and 17thcentury liberal philosophy, which focused on the ideals of equality and liberty. The
research design used in this study is ex post facto. The study was carried out in 3
Kenyan public and 3 private universities. The data of the study was collected using
questionnaires and focus group discussion. The obtained data was analyzed using
Wilcoxon Mann–Whitney Test. This test is a non-parametric analog to the independent
t-test and is used when one does not assume that the dependent variable is a normally
distributed interval variable (one can only assume that the variable has at least ordinal.
The findings indicate that lack of adequate qualified personnel remain the number one
factor that hinders the full rolling out of SMT programmes besides the expensive
equipment in both public and private universities. It is recommend that girls are equally
good in terms of performance at the university level means gender gap can be crossed
in STs related professions. A lot then needs to be done from early childhood education,
through primary to secondary school level to significantly improve the number of girls
transiting to university.

with three sections was the instrument used to address the research objectives. Data
analyses were applied, including cross tabulation, frequency and percentage
distribution. The findings from the study have established that credit union scheme has
assisted members significantly in overcoming most of the financial challenges facing
them. This helped in improving the quality of life of the members. Management staff
of the union was found to lack the needed professional competence and expertise for

The overall aim of the study was to elucidate on how strategic leadership
influences strategy implementation in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions
(ODPP) in Nakuru County, Kenya. The key research question of this paper is if
strategic leadership is a driver of successful strategy implementation in the Office of
the Director of Public Prosecutions selected. Theoretical underpinning for the study
was based on three theories namely Resource Based View, Open Systems Theory, as
well as Institutional Theory. Data was collected using self-administered semistructured questionnaires. Reliability of the research instruments was 0.610, established
using the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient indicating that the conditions of reliability were
met. Construct validity of the instruments was established by sharing the information
of the instruments with experts in the area of strategic planning and implementation.
Data analysis was conducted using inferential analysis with the aid of SPSS version 20.
The computed value of the Spearman correlation coefficient was r = 0.560, which was
significant at P<0.05. The study findings are therefore critical to various stakeholders
in the Criminal Justice System, especially the Office of Director Public Prosecutions.

is a potential for the cement industry and the like. The average increase in cement
demand in Indonesia is 3.4% per year in a volume of 2.5 million tons, according to data
informed by the Ministry of Industry. Cement Mortar is a type of conventional cement

construction. Cement Mortar potential is a market share that is a conventional cement
user, of which 60 million tons of cement is needed in Indonesia, only 5% are cement
mortar users. The trend of an increase in consumption of mortar types on average
increased by 20%, Product supervision is due to several factors including media
marketing, company promotion and brand image. Survey research method with
quantitative descriptive statistics Quantitative research is an objective research
