The primary objective of this study is to determine how different supply chain management (SCM) approaches affect how well DPD Logistics runs its business. The research examines the impact of digital transformation, operational integration, and long-term initiatives on three critical aspects of a company's performance: profitability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This study uses a variety of methods to fill in the gaps in our knowledge of how to manage transportation. New supply chain strategies help firms remain ahead of the competition by allowing them to change with the times. The results show that DPD's strategic supply chain management (SCM) efforts have improved the company's measurable results. This is particularly relevant for projects like becoming digital, keeping track of stock, and using green logistics. The organization will be able to ship and manage more than 2.1 billion items throughout the world by 2024. Thanks to integrated supply chain management systems, this is possible. This study shows that different needs can be met in different ways. Supply chain management has become more open and flexible because of the introduction of new technologies such as data-driven forecasting and automated storage. The service is not as pleasant or as inexpensive as they were in the past. This research enhances the existing knowledge of supply chain management (SCM). To do this, people look at things from the Resource-Based View (RBV) and Systems Theory points of view. Transportation workers can also use the information to help supply lines run better and be more competitive. The study reveals that transportation businesses may do better with SCM if they apply modern technologies and green ideas.

To determine how college teachers' job satisfaction, socioeconomic status, and family monthly income relate to one another in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. A purposive sample of one hundred instructors was used in a cross-sectional study design. The instrument of measurement was job satisfaction (Khaleque, 1980). The correlation results show that job satisfaction [r=.402, p<.05] and socioeconomic status [r=.739, p<.01] are significantly positively correlated with family monthly income. The socioeconomic position of teachers, however, was a small but significant predictor, accounting for 16.1% (R2 =.161, p =.001) of the variation in job satisfaction scores. According to these results, if socioeconomic circumstances improve, educators might be happier in their positions. The study adds to our understanding of how professional satisfaction in Bangladesh's academic community is influenced by social and economic positions.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a crucial impact in predictive logistics, bringing about a fundamental shift in the way firms forecast demand, optimize routes, and manage their supplies. This transition has been brought about by the introduction of AI. The utilization of this technology in supply chain management systems results in an increase in precision, a decrease in ambiguity, and the facilitation of logistics planning that is both cost-effective and efficient. Backend operations are improved by predictive analytics that are powered by artificial intelligence, which also makes it possible to create hyper-personalized marketing campaigns that can react to the behavior of customers and the estimated delivery timeframes of their orders. Because of this dual capacity, firms can build customized promotions that are in line with their operations, improve the experiences of their customers, and raise the percentage of customers that convert. Recent studies have shown that artificial intelligence has the potential to reduce the errors of supply chain forecasting by 20–50% and the expenditures associated with logistics by as much as 15%. More specifically, this is the case when it comes to demand-oriented inventory management and enhanced route optimization. Additionally, artificial intelligence systems that are combined with customer relationship management (CRM) provide adaptive marketing and proactive consumer engagement, which considerably increases the tailoring of outreach programs. The combination of these two technologies enables all of this. Despite these advantages, the utilization of artificial intelligence raises concerns around the costs of integration, the management of data, and the shifting role of human decision-makers inside AI-enhanced systems. This paper analyzes the function of AI in predictive logistics across four principal domains: marketing customization, economic efficiency, operational logistics, and enterprise systems integration. It also examines ethical issues and the necessity for transparent, accountable AI use in corporate settings. This paper looks at how AI-based predictive logistics affects marketing success and company efficiency by reviewing existing research, industry data, and real-life examples, and it also offers ideas for how to adopt these strategies and areas for more research.
