Improving the quality of service is a necessity for public services. Specifically, the quality of IMB-making services, what factors contributed to the making of IMBs, and what efforts needed to be done to optimize the IMB-making services in the BPPT Murung Raya Regency. The focus of this study is the quality of IMB licensing services. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service for making IMB at BPPT Murung Raya Regency. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation, in the form of documents and archives relating to the quality of IMB services at BPPT Murung Raya Regency. The results showed that the BPPT Murung Raya regency in providing IMB licensing services had run well even though there were still some deficiencies encountered, such as infrastructure and human resources. The research concludes that the IMB service at the Murung Raya BPPT regency has been going well although there are still some things that are not optimal and need to be improved. Researchers suggest that the services provided by BPPT must be more professional, effective, efficient, and the deficiencies that need to be corrected to be optimal.

This study aims to analyze the institutional formation and empowerment of Dayak Adat in the Murung Raya District area and the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Institutional Formation and the empowerment of the Dayak Adat in the Murung Subdistrict area. The research approach uses qualitative research because the research problems studied are holistic, complex, dynamic, and full of meaning. The research method is field research which is a type of research that is oriented towards collecting empirical data in the field. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by interview, some notes that were found in the field, and available documentation relating to this research. Data analysis is carried out using several key steps namely reducing data and presenting data to process the data that has been reduced in the form of a brief description that illustrates the findings of the study. The results of research on empowerment and preservation and development of Customs, customs in the community and Customary Institutions in the Regions are supporting the smooth running of the Government, the continuity of development and enhancing national resilience as well as to encourage efforts to prosper local citizens and encourage, support and increase community participation for fluency Government, Implementation of development and community development in the Region.

Synergy is a combination of various parties that can work together. This is intended to benefit through good coordination and communication. Thus we get the same view and mutual respect between the two parties. This study aims to describe how the synergy between the village government and the company, PT. Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) especially in implementing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). A qualitative approach was used in this study. A descriptive method is used to describe field findings. Data collection techniques through three stages; observation, documentation, and interview. Analysis of Miles and Huberman's model data gave rise to research saturated data through; data reduction, data presentation, and drawing data conclusions. Based on the results of the study explained that the implementation of CSR of PT. Suprabari Mapanindo Mineral (SMM) and Lemo I Village Government have a synergized program. The program implemented is carried out collaboratively between the two. The form of activities carried out specifically in economic programs, infrastructure development, education, social welfare, health, sports, and youth.

The behavior of the State Civil Apparatus towards service to the community in the People's Welfare Administration Section of the Murung Raya Regency Secretariat was identified in general with the impression of never being efficient, slow, convoluted and favoritism, this made possible work discipline and lack of ability and culture/habits of the community which deals every day. This study aims to determine the behavior of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Administrative Section of People's Welfare in Providing Services to Communities in Murung Raya Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data obtained through interviews, observations, and literature reviews, and analyzed with interactive models.

Sultan Adam Tahura is the largest Tahura area in Indonesia. A Tahura which has the widest area is both a pride and a challenge in maintaining and managing this area so that it can benefit the community, both ecologically, economically, and socially. This study aims to describe how the management of Sultan Adam's Tahura natural tourism in several ways perspective development. A qualitative approach is used in research. To provide in-depth descriptions, descriptive methods are implemented. Data collection stages through three stages. Analysis model of Miles and Huberman chose for present narrative text in research. The results of the study describe that the Community Empowerment Program that has been implemented following the principle of community empowerment in the management of the Sultan Adam Tahura natural tourism in Belangian Village, Aranio Subdistrict, Banjar Regency is as follows: 1) Program for the Use of Village Fund Allocation, 2) the Riam Kanan Watershed Rehabilitation Program, 3) Social Forestry Program in the form of Forestry Partners, and 4) Tourism Village Development Program. The fourth economic impact of the Community Empowerment Program implemented in Belangian Village, the District as a whole can be concluded that it has been able to improve the welfare of Belangian Village residents.

This study aims to describe and analyze how the implementation of the e-KTP program policy in Murung Raya Regency. The research approach uses qualitative research because the research problems studied are holistic, complex, dynamic, and full of meaning. The results of the implementation research of the Ministry of Home Affairs policy on the e-KTP program is to carry out the implementation of making electronic KTPs that were previously KTPs manually. The government's goal in making policies for implementing the e-KTP program is to create an orderly population administration and prevent negative impacts from the use of manual KTPs carried out by irresponsible parties that can harm the government and the community. From the results of the research analysis, it was concluded that the policy was not yet effective in its implementation in the field, partly because: human resource readiness in the face of change and innovation; facilities and infrastructure; and coordination and communication both between organizations (stakeholders) and between individuals.

Public service is a duty of the government that must be fulfilled, the service performed is an activity to improve the standard of living of the people to achieve prosperity to achieve one of the objectives of the state which is to create prosperity for its citizens. This study aims to determine the quality of Public Services in the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services of South Kalimantan Province. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach where researchers use the theory of service quality indicators from zeithaml. Data collection techniques used by researchers through observation, interviews, and documentation, and for data analysis using the theory of Miles and Huberman which starts from observation, interviews, data presentation activities and concludes data. The results obtained in this study are that based on service quality indicators from zeithaml, it can be outlined that Service Quality in the Investment Service and Integrated Services of One Door South Kalimantan Province is still not optimal, including the lack of facilities and infrastructure and the location of offices far from the city. As for services from officers, get a fairly positive response, because service officers are very proactive in providing services to the community as the applicant for permission.

The legislators augmented the provision of section (22-A), in Criminal Procedure Code in order to provide the alternate platform to the man in the street against the highhandedness of police officials. The powers vested with the Justice of Peace aims to cross check the act of the station house officer whether he has acted legally or illegally under section 154, of criminal procedure code. The situation further aggravated when it becomes the establish practice of every Tom, Dick, and Harry to seek remedy under the shadow of the office of justice of peace. The mechanism outlined in the police order 2002, for the redressal of grievances has been failed. Without putting into operation the departmental hierarchy of police, the powers of Justice of Peace pushed the layman on the horns of a dilemma. The Supreme Court has broken the ice and advanced the line of action in order to address the procedure for the registration of complaints and investigations within the parameters of police order 2002 and ultimately cut this gordian knot. The present study was focus on the analysis of adverse effects of the powers of Justice of Peace on the criminal justice system by explaining the puzzling fact that why Bar councils boycott the turning initiative decided by the Pakistani supreme court in the form of precedent. The nature of administrative power possesses by two offices simultaneously and its adverse effects on the functioning of the criminal justice system. The parliament should play its pivotal role to embrace the proposed reforms from judiciary and national judicial institutions with the high head. A dedicated political will is required to bring new major reforms in order to meet emerging challenges in the criminal justice system instead of to left the room empty for judicature to weather the storm. Some recommendations after analyzing its long-lasting effects on the criminal justice system are also proposed.

The practice of child marriage in Indonesia is still prevalent to this day, and this is a serious problem. Indonesia still ranks second among Asian countries as a country that practices marriage against children after Cambodia. Generally, the practice of child marriage conducted in Indonesia is against children especially girls who are in rural areas and come from poor families. The purpose of this study was to see how the practice of child marriage of girls, especially in Indonesia and what efforts should be made to eliminate the practice of child marriage. This paper will discuss the steps that must be taken to eliminate the practice of child marriage in Indonesia, especially against girls as this becomes a serious and very detrimental issue, especially for girls. Because generally they are forced to undergo this. This research uses normative research type with qualitative method. The results show that the practice of marriage to girls in Indonesia occurs due to several factors, such as poverty, lack of education, and matchmaking tradition in some areas. The practice of marriage of girls is also contrary to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) that has been ratified by the Government of Indonesia through Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia Number 36 Year 1990, besides the Indonesian Government has also issued Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 35 Year 2014 on Amendment to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 Year 2002 on Child Protection, then refers also to the Marriage Law in Indonesia, Number 1 Year 1974 on Marriage. So in the opinion of the authors, the practice of marriage of children to girls in some areas in Indonesia is a form of violation of human rights to children according to the convention of children's rights which has also been ratified by the Indonesian government for more than 25 years so that there should be efforts made by the Government as a form of implementation of the UNCRC that has been ratified in the case of the protection and fulfilment of the rights of the child on the basis of the Convention, the author believes that the practice of marriage against girls should be abolished because it has been very long and very harmful for girls in Indonesia.
