This paper argues that translation in Translations ‘is a dialogue’ for the sake of communication to highlight social and political issues of Irish people. Translations (1980) also aim to highlight the decline of Irish culture and language through communication with gradual shift after English invasion. This paper focuses on the decline of Irish language and culture through powerful English language and English invasion. Focusing on the decline of Irish language and culture, it is concluded that Friel’s Translations is an attempt to see external issues of Irish nation through translation process.

This study analyzes in determining the choice of foreign tourists traveled choice. Empirical studies conducted among foreign tourists entering Indonesia using the mixed logit model. The model is noted that the importance of the decision multistage process because the probability of a foreign tourist on vacation in Indonesia is highly dependent on tourist motivation associated with the attributes of the destination, travel arrangements, the information collected, previous experience, and socio-economic characteristics of individuals, by using a samples of 238 taken from the two entrances international flights during July-August 2017. The policy implication lowered to increase understanding for decision-making related to tourism industry where they are faced with the choice tourist destination that is heterogeneous.

The use of the Internet is very wide, which led to the ease of access to information from anywhere in the world, with minimal effort and shortest amount of time, that teachers and students in colleges and universities are more class looking for information related to their studies and their work, such as scientific research, books and lectures. Today, The wide spread of the Internet especially the websites of governments and organizations to publicize information about their activities and services. Recent years, the number of users and Beneficiaries of these sites has increased rapidly and continuously. This requires careful planning and preparation to achieve the purpose of developing those websites. This paper proposes the development of a web site for college based on modern techniques such as Python and Django framework.

This study aims to determine the effect of Asset Management, Implementation of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR), and Organizational Commitment on quality of financial reporting. This research is a quantitative study with 42 Samples of Work Units of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fishery’s Head Office, which covers: a) Work Units with their main activities are Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries priority activities, community assistance, or supporting priority activities and community assistance and b) having relatively large budget allocations and financial transactions. Years used as a basis for data collection are 2016 and 2017. This study uses primary data obtained from 70 respondents of the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. Smart PLS is used as an analysis tool in this research. The analysis shows that Asset Management has a positive and significant effect over the quality of financial reporting. The implementation of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reporting. Organizational Commitment does not significantly influence the quality of financial reporting.

The aims of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and facilities to patient satisfaction and patient loyalty in the health industry. The research data is primary data obtained from the processing of questionnaire data which filled out by consumers who have been treated at Rawamangun Special Surgery Hospital. The amount of samples is 150 respondents and use analysis technique SEM in this study with using AMOS 24 software as data processor. The results of this study showed that service quality has a positive and significant effect to patient satisfaction and patient loyalty. But the facility has no significant effect on patient loyalty at Rawamangun Special Surgery Hospital.

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of workload on motivation on employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi. 2) the influence of Job Stress influences motivation on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi. 3) the effect of workload has an effect on productivity on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi. 4) the effect of work stress has an effect on productivity on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi. 5) the influence of motivation has an effect on productivity on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi. The research method is: quantitative research using a survey method in question is to explain the causal relationship or correlation commonly called path analysis(path analysis). The respondents were 147 employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi employees. The results of the study are: 1) the influence of workload on motivation on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi. 2) the influence of work stress on motivation on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi. 3) the influence of workload on productivity on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi 4) the influence of work stress on productivity on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi. 5) the influence of motivation on productivity on the employees of PT Sumber Harapan Abadi.

Background: Information on dental demographic, dental needs, dental providers and the distance from the closest dental institution is necessary to plan for effective delivery of public oral health services. Geographical catchment area of dental hospitals often plays a major role in distribution of adequate health services .Aim of the study is to assess the geographical distribution of patients attending the institution to define the catchment zones and to investigate the changes in the pattern of geographic distribution of patients. 6000 new patients visiting Coorg institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital in the months of January to December in the calendar year 2018 meeting the inclusion criteria were included in the sample. Demographic details along with their location of residence were recorded. A total of 58,982 new patients visited Coorg institute of dental sciences and hospital in the calendar year of 2018.Highest number of patients were reported in the month of December followed by may indicating that hospital has a fairly large catchment zone covering a distance approximately up to 100kms from which 95 % patients reported overlapping those of private dental clinics.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Profitability, Leverage, Activity ratios, Market Ratios and Environmental Performance on Stock Price. Secondary data were collected in samples from Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 - 2017. Sampling in this study uses a purposive sampling method with criteria as (1) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2017. (2) Publish audited financial statements for the 2014-2017 period in Rupiah. (3) always has an advantage. Statistical test is done by t test and multiple linear regression analysis, before this test is done first classic assumption test. The results of the study show that: Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Environmental performance has a positive and significant effect on stock Prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) owned by the company has not a significant negative effect on Stock Prices and Turn Aset Turn Over (TATO) owned by the company has a significant negative effect on Stock Prices.
