Physical changes and growth during adolescence are vital phenomena; adolescent girls go through many imbalances and problems in such passing situations. It is necessary to transfer the relevant and requisite information to teen girls on physical changes during pubescence, and the mother is the core source of delivering information, knowledge, and practices to adolescent girls on physical changes. The present article has made an empirical effort to understand the frequency of communication about Reproductive and sexual health and the Frequency of Communication on physical changes during pubescence. The study was carried out in two blocks of Ballari District of Karnataka-India. The sample size for the study was 260, and respondents were adolescent girls aged between 14-17 years; data was collected by using a semi-structured interview tool.

Over decades, most transactions in Nigeria were largely conducted in cash. However, Central Bank of Nigeria’s cash-less policy introduction aimed at reducing cash-based transactions, decreasing and integrating financially excluded adult into the formal financial sector of the economy has altered financial transaction landscape. Pursuant to this goal of financial inclusion, measures such as agency banking, national financial literacy, mobile payment system were introduced. However, research has somewhat under-explored how agency banking platforms influence financial inclusion among adult rural dwellers that are perceived to be more excluded in formal financial sector. Therefore, this study empirically investigates influence of agency banking on financial inclusion among adult rural dwellers in rural communities. A sample of 320 potential respondents were determined statistically. Self-administered questionnaire designed in Likert-Scale format was used to collect data from respondents. Convenience and judgemental sampling techniques were used to recruit participants who agreed to take part in the study. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling technique was applied in data analysis. Results show that agency banking has positive-significant correlation with saving consciousness and financial literacy; saving consciousness and financial literacy significantly and positively influence financial inclusion. The study discusses the theoretical, policy and managerial implications of the findings while highlighting possible areas for future research.

The Education Unit Management Course (EUM) is a compulsory subject in the Master of Education Administration (MEA) study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FTTE), University of Bengkulu (Unib). This course has a study load of 3 credits (2-1). Lectures should combine theory and practice based on innovation. However, in its implementation it is only conventional (less instilling innovation behavior in students). This condition is not in accordance with the policy of the ministry of education. This study aims to design a new innovation-based lecture management in EUM courses. This research uses action research. The research subjects are EUM lecturers in the MEA, FTTE, and Unib study program. Data were collected using FGD, observation, and innovation test scales. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis technique. The results showed that the new design for the management of innovation-based lectures in the EUM course was based on the vision and mission of the study program, the output of graduate competencies, the need for learning outcomes in accordance with the demands of the field, and the need for practice based on school innovation. This new design has a positive effect on increasing innovation behavior in students. The novelty of this research is that a new design for the management of EUM lectures based on innovation in a school setting can make a positive contribution to the improvement of innovation behavior.

The goals of the economics in the financial to highlight some major studies from across all economic fields wherein the grey systems theory could be applied in addition to opening and introduce new fields. Grey systems theory offers a unique type of number, the three-parameter interval grey numbers, a goal making methodology based on these numbers is proposed, with the premise that these numbers. Generally, decision-makers should consider commercial ethics and societal responsibility, as well as environmental management in particular. CEM seems to have a smaller influence on market based measurements than accounting based criteria is a good example. Another possible explanation for the observation is that market and accounting based measurements have various temporal horizons. Market economies are self-regulating systems governed by the laws of production and trade, according to classical economics' core theory. Some critics of management claim that planners place too much focus on ways to boost growth in the economy while neglecting the social consequences. Simple growth objectives have the disadvantage of not measuring the development in negative effects like noise, pollution and environmental degradation; instead, they reflect the costs of mitigating these problems as part of development itself.

Coriandrum sativum has been used in traditional medicines as an anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antibacterial agent. It is recently been shown to have antioxidant activities. This study evaluated the effects of Flavonoid Rich Fraction of Coriandrum sativum Leaf (FRFCSL) on Lipid Profile, Nitric Oxide, Ang II and Cardio Histopathology in L-NAME intoxicated Experimental Rats. Standard analytical method and DPPH radical scavenging activity were employed for the phytochemicals and antioxidant analysis respectively. The acute toxicity study showed the extract and flavonoids fraction are nontoxic at 5000mg/kg body weight. Thirty rats were divided into five groups of six (6) rats each. Group 1 was administered water and feed only, Group 2 was administered 40mg/kg N-Nitro-L-Arginine Methyl Ester (L-NAME) without treatment, Group 3 through 5 were administered 40mg/kg N-Nitro-L-Arginine Methyl Ester (L-NAME) with concomitant administration of Captopril (20mg/kg b.w), FRFCSL (200mg/kg b.w) and FRFCSL (400mg/kg b.w) respectively for 21 days. In phytochemical screening, presence of flavonoids, saponins, tannins, alkaloids, cardiac glycosides, steroids were confirmed as part of secondary metabolites in the extract. The flavonoid fraction showed increase % DPPH radical inhibition in concentration-dependent manner. FRFCSL treatment significantly (p<0.05) and dose-dependently lowered low density lipoprotein and triglycerides. Also It significantly (p<0.05) prevented L-NAME induced decrease in serum angiotensin II, high density lipoprotein and serum nitric oxide concentrations compared to the untreated rats. The Flavonoid Rich Fraction of Coriandrum Sativum Leaf showed great potential as antihypertensive, antihyperlipidemic and cardioprotective agent in rats thus confirming its usefulness in traditional health therapy and potential for antihypertensive drug development.
