In India, an estimated 30% of the population suffers from some form of
psychiatric disorder. Twenty million Indian families have at least one member suffering
from schizophrenia. More than 12% of Indian children aged 1 – 16 years suffer from
mental disorders and the incidence of mental retardation is also high. Severe mental
disorders that include schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, organic psychosis and major
depression affect nearly 2% of our population. Many epidemiological studies conducted in
India on mental and behavioral disorders report varying prevalence rate, ranging from 9.5
to 370 per 1000 population. The study utilized an experimental research approach. The
study was conducted in a mental hospital, Gwalior, M. P. A purposive sampling technique
was utilized for selecting a sample of 50 family members of the 50 patients with CMD in
mental hospital, Gwalior, M. P. A structured interview schedule with multiple choice
question and STM was prepared. Content validity of the tool was established by 6 experts
in the field of psychiatric nursing. Data collected were analyzed and interpreted by using
descriptive and inferential statistics. Prior to the implementation of STM the family
members had mean percentage 39.89% of total score, which is poor knowledge, whereas

Allgrove syndrome which is known as the triple A syndrome, is a rare
autosomal recessive disease. It has an estimated prevalence of 1 per 1,000,000
individuals. The triple A stands for the three most prominent features of the syndrome,
alacrimia, achalasia and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH)-resistant adrenal
insufficiency. It may be associated with autonomic, central and peripheral nervous
system abnormalities then the name 4 A syndrome has been introduced. In this paper, we
report the case of a 14-year-old girl with the 4 A syndrome who was referred to the Oral
Medicine Department of hospital La Rabta (Tunisia). She suffered from many oral
manifestations of Allgrove's syndrome as well as general abnormalities. Through this

Despite their well-known harmfulness to human health, pesticides persist
largely used for plant cultivation. These molecules are highly resistant to degradation by
plant metabolism, while their presence, even as traces is dangerous at phytosanitary
quality and environment impact. Now, due to regulations and quality standards, food
industries seek to control these contamination risks and conduct research on
technologies able to efficiently eliminate pesticide residue traces. Since the mechanisms
of eradicating molecules are classified in three ways of evaporation, dissolution, and
thermal degradation; the decontamination process should depend on three important
factors: i/ the nature of the products (composition and technological/structural aptitude),
ii/ the nature of the pesticides (volatility, solubility, and thermal stability), and iii/ the
type of the disinfection process. The instant treatment operations have the particularity
of 1/ weak thermal degradation because of HTST (high-temperature/short-time) nature;
2/ frail solubilizing by using the steam instead of liquid soaking as heating fluid, and 3/
favorable elimination of vapor molecules through the instant autovaporization.
Therefore, the present study aims at the application of the multi-flash autovaporization
MFA technology in the treatment of tetrachloro-m-xylene, aldrin, γ-chlordane and
dieldrin pesticide residues in the case of rapeseed oil (brute). This resulted in drop-down
levels of 45.2%; 30.6%; 32.2%; and 29.2%, respectively for the initial concentrations of
5, 4.51, 1.98 and 3.98 (10-2 mg/kg of oil), respectively. Far from a real optimization of
the operation, 51-cycle MFA at a heating temperature of 50 °C reduced the total
pesticide concentration from 15.39 to 9.99 (10-2 mg/kg oil) .

Agile has fast become the now preferred approach to project management.
The traditional, sequential approach to project management is a formal, documentation
heavy process to running and managing projects. The transition from a sequential
approach to an agile approach to project management, has proved challenging. One of
the key areas of concerns for project managers, has been how they could effectively
monitor, track and forecast the project deliverables and progress within an agile
approach to projects. Agile is a light weight, leaner approach to running projects,
however in this, the traditional mechanisms by which a project manager could track
the progress of work, is no longer available to project managers. However, the
concept of a wall or a storyboard to highlight and track work, has proved incredibly
useful for the project team as well as the project manager alike. The aim of this
manuscript is to introduce agile and the way storyboards have evolved to become one
of the most powerful tools available to project managers within agile projects.
