This study aims to analyze the performance of banks owned by DKI Jakarta Provincial Government - Bank DKI in terms of RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital), and compare the financial performance of Bank DKI in the year of 2016 and 2017 . The method used in this research is RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital), while the long-term goal is modeling the assessment of the financial strategy of the Regional Development Bank.
