Acute biphenotypic leukemias (LAB) are defined by the presence on the same blast cells membrane and cytoplasmic markers belonging to at least two different hematopoietic lineages. We report the case of an infant of 22mois with LAB highlighting the capital interest of hematological cytology, immunophenotyping and cytogenetic study.
