This study aimed to test the quality of service and price to desperation choose a school in SMK Health Husada Primary town of attack, this data is taken from the year 2013 to 2017 has decreased students each year, this study is descriptive meant to know the characteristics of respondents and respondents with using a sample of 181 respondents.
