The study aimed to examine the impact of knowledge management on supply chain performance. To achieve such goal a self-administrate questionnaire was designed and distributed over a sample amounting 110 subjects. The study concluded that There is a statistically significant impact at (α<.05) of knowledge management (knowledge creation, knowledge acquiring, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application) on supply chain performance. The study recommended that telecommunication companies in Jordan are requested to motivate their employees to exchange and share knowledge to get the best benefit for all. Knowledge mangement has an impact on supply chain mangement.
